Lost/Replacement Passports
Q: My passport has been damaged/burnt/torn, what should I expect?
A:
Once a passport is damaged, it must be replaced. The following fees are applicable:
In the UK
- Adult £122 (includes courier fee)
- Child £61.50 or £72 (includes courier fee)
Outside the UK
- Adult £127 (includes courier fee)
- Child ££77 (includes courier fee)
Q: What documents should I present along with the application for a lost/stolen passport?
A:
Police report, birth certificate, supplementary ID, two photographs (one of which should be certified by the Certifying Official who signed the application form), plus the current fee (see above).
Please have photocopies of all of the documents.
