Emergency Certificates
Adults
- Completed passport application form
- Expired passport
- Birth certificate and a photographic form of identification if the passport has been lost/stolen.
- Police report/Home Office Letter where applicable
- Two passport sized colour photographs
- Travel itinerary
- Fee of Thirty Pounds (£30) in cash or postal orders. There is an additional fee of Five Pounds (£5) for postage if this service is required.
Minors
- Completed passport application form
- Expired passport or birth certificate and a photographic form of identification if the passport has been lost/stolen.
- Parent(s) Identification
- Police report/Home Office Letter where applicable
- Two passport size colour photographs
- Travel itinerary
- Fee of Thirty Pounds (£30) in cash or postal orders. There is an additional fee of Five Pounds (£5) for postage if this service is required.
Please note that persons who have not established a claim to Jamaican
citizenship by descent nor the holders of a Jamaican passport must submit an
application for citizenship along with an application for emergency certificate.
Timeframe for processing- Three 3 business days from the date of submission. However, applications should not be submitted earlier than two weeks before the date of travel.
